Q. What kind of photos can I turn into painted portraits? |

A. We can turn any photo into a painting. However, best results are achieved when the photos are clear, and our artists can clearly see the details of your photo.
We recommend the following things for best results:
1. Your photos should be at the highest resolution (no less than 1024X768)
2. Send your favorite photos, since our artists cannot recreate something that is not already there

Q. What file format should my photo be in? |
|
|
A. You may send your picture in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, or.tiff. format. If your photos are in a Word, Powerpoint, or a PDF file, then you may send those as well. Please try to send photos with the highest resolution possible

A. Basically, we can turn any photo you like into a beautiful oil painting. You can visit our gallery to see some of the photos we turned into paintings for past customers. This will surely give you an idea of which photos to send us

Q. How much does a painting from a photo cost? |

A. When you order painting of your photo, you are ONLY required to make a
down payment of 25% of the painting price
Once your painting is ready and you confirm it after seeing it on-line, are you required to make
the full payment

A. NO, we DO NOT charge extra for any special requests you might have. The prices we charge are the ones you see on the pricing page

Q. Can I preview my painting before it is shipped to me? |

A. Yes, off course. We encourge that you be involved in the process of your painting creation. Once your painting is ready, you will be able to preview it on-line, and ask for any modifications you believe need to be changed. Only after you approve your painting, will you be asked to make the final payment, and the painting will be on its way!

A. Yes, you can have a painting created from several photos. Just give our artists directions when you fill in the order form.

A. In order to guarantee that you are satisfied with your painting before you receive it, you are able to review a photo of your painting on-line, before it is shipped to you. This way you can see very clearly what your painting looks like before it is shipped. If for some reason you do not like the painting when you receive it, we will refund the full payment (minus shipping cost)
